ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Bello Avarcas and thank you for visiting our website.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. If you continue to browse and use our website you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to all our terms and conditions, please do not use our website and/or services.

We reserve the right to change these terms of condition from time-to-time without notice to you. 

Your use of our website and the placement of an order constitutes full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as stated.

PRODUCT & SERVICE INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the sandals that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product.

All our sandals are sold in EURO sizes, with the AU sizing chart as a guide. Our descriptions and sizing chart should be treated as a guide only. If you have any queries about sizing, please contact us prior to purchasing info@belloavarcas.com.au

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel orders if any information has been mis-published including but not limited to; product description, pricing, offers and promotions, availability, shipping charges and transit times.     

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders of any service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We endeavour to give our customers the best retail prices we can, taking into consideration all the costs that we incur when bringing goods into Australia. In doing so, we reserve the right to change the prices of goods at our sole discretion on the website from time to time, without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion at any time without notice.

Bello Avarcas will not accept responsibility for allergies/ harm to persons from any materials used in the make-up of the sandals. If you have a concern regarding the material component of the product, please send Bello Avarcas an email with your enquiry before purchasing. info@belloavarcas.com.au

Please treat Bello Avarcas Gift Cards as though they were cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balances can be used for part or whole future transactions. Gift Card expiration is three years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be used at any of Bello Avarcas stockist and can only be redeemed directly with Bello Avarcas at www.belloavarcas.com.au

PRIVACY POLICY

Bello Avarcas is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security, and privacy of your information. Information we collect about you will only be used in the fulfillment of any order placed with us or to communicate marketing material to you if you have agreed to. While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade, or share this information with any unrelated third parties unless required to do so by law. When you place an order, we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

We will endeavour to dispatch your order the day your order is received or the next day. Allow up to 8 business days for standard shipping option and up to 3 business days for express shipping option. These are approximate time frames and are dependent on your location and courier provider fulfilments. Please be aware that there could be additional delays due to COVID19.

We can deliver internationally. Please email us at info@belloavarcas.com.au for a free shipping quote. Please note that you are responsible for your country's customs and taxes applied on any imported items.

Please note that we reserve the right to change our delivery costs and courier service providers at any time without notice.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Customers can return their items for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) or exchange their item for a product of the same value.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Products must be returned within 30 days once the order is received.
  • Products must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them in.
  • Products must be repacked in the original shoe box and accompanied by your proof of purchase.

Bello Avarcas has the right to refuse a product return if these conditions are not met.

Customers can request a refund or exchange by:

  1. Sending a request to info@belloavarcas.com.au with your name, order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Post your parcel to Bello Avarcas Po Box 79, Walkerston, Queensland, Australia, 4751

Please note:

  • The items are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you return your items via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage with a tracking number, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Specially made orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • For exchanges Bello Avarcas will reimburse customers a shipping fee of $5.90, once we receive the item. This is for first time customers only, any additional exchanges must be paid for by the customer.
  • For change of minds we do not cover any postage costs.

We carefully check all items before they are dispatched to our customers. However, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product please email us at info@belloavarcas.com.au with your order number, an explanation of the problem and photo(s) of the defect. Once assessed, if your product is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will pay for the return delivery of your items.

Our sandals are handmade and produced to us in small stock quantities, we may not always be able to replace your item. In this case we reserve the right to issue you an exchange, store credit or refund.

We do accept international returns; however, we do not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment by Credit Card, Shopify and PayPal.

Prices shown on our website are inclusive of any GST.

WARRANTY & CARE

All of our sandals are covered under a three-month warranty which applies to manufacturing defaults only.

Items not covered under this warranty include:

  • Products over 3 months old from date of purchase
  • General wear and tear of the sandals
  • Misuse/abuse
  • Alterations carried out on your items.

If your items meet the above criteria, Bello Avarcas can offer an exchange /refund or store credit.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION

Leather is a natural product and with that bares all marks of its origin. Unique markings may appear on a hide and are not considered defects.

Please note that the glitter avarcas are intended for occasional wear and some loss of glitter may occur.

Metallic is a delicate material. If the metallic foiling is scratched or scuffed the leather underneath will be exposed. 

Our Espadrilles (platform sandal) are a beautiful, unique handmade sandal. However, they are not designed to be as hard-wearing as our handmade flat Avarcas.

Due to the nature of our hair hide prints, please expect variations in the patterns. No two pairs are the same.

We advise that you take precautions by protecting your nubuck leather with a recommended scotchgard.
